- Production: 3–30 days, depending on product complexity.
- Delivery: 2–4 business days via DHL Express (customs may delay).
3. Are shipping costs covered?
Yes, worldwide shipping is free. However, customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, and any other duties.
4. Can I return a product?
- Returns: Request within 24 hours of receipt for eligible items (unworn, unused, with tags).
- Non-returnable: Custom, personalized, sale items, and gift cards.
- Refunds: Issued within 30 days after inspection (shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable).
5. What if my product has an issue?
- Report within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to info@horehocouture.shop. Claims after this time cannot be accepted.
6. How do you ensure product quality?
All items undergo rigorous quality control. For handmade products, expect 90–95% similarity to promotional images.
7. Can I see my custom order before shipping?
Yes, you’ll receive detailed photos for approval. Written approval is required before dispatch.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are valid for 1 year and can be used online or in-store. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
