- Pre-made Products: These have standard sizing (XS, S, M, L, XL) and can be ordered directly through our website.
- Custom-Sizing Products: These are ordered according to the customer’s measurements, which can be submitted by contacting us via WhatsApp.
- Made-on-Request Products: These are custom-made based on the customer’s specific requests for sizing and designs. These can be ordered through the “Book an Appointment” option.
Product Quality & Handcrafted Details:
- If the customer purchases a Pre-made product, they will receive the product as shown on the official website, but please note that there may be slight color differences due to monitor settings.
- If the product is handmade or includes handwork, please understand that it may not be identical to the promotional images. Expect a 90-95% similarity based on the design and materials used.
Production and Delivery Times:
- Horeho Couture products typically take 3-30 days to be produced, depending on product complexity.
- Exceptions to the timeframe may occur if materials are out of stock or in cases of unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed of such delays by our Sales Team.
2. Shipping Policy
Horeho Couture offers worldwide shipping, with all shipping costs covered by Horeho Couture, excluding customs fees and VAT.

- Shipping is handled by DHL Express free of Charge.
- Products are shipped on weekdays only.
- Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days (excluding customs processing).
Once the product(s) is delivered, the customer must sign for the package. If the package is not signed for, the courier will attempt further deliveries and contact the customer.

- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes upon arrival in the destination country, including duties, processing, and brokerage fees.
- Customs processing may delay delivery. Please check with local customs if delays occur.
3. Refund Policy
- Returns: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition it was received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging). A receipt or proof of purchase is required for a return.
- Return Process: Contact us at info@horehocouture.shop to initiate the return. If accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be issued within 30 days to your original method of payment. Shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

- Custom products, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Horeho Couture does not offer exchanges for international orders. For custom orders, slight deviations in fit are possible, as perfect fit requires at least one fitting.
Reporting Issues:
- Any claims regarding issues with products must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.
